Representation of ISO/Processor in defense against multimillion dollar suit in Utah Federal District Court and then Utah State court by UK based internet mega-merchant favorable rulings concerning Rule 41 2 Dismissal Rule leading to negative adjudication on the merits for merchant while maintaining multimillion dollar action against merchant.
